Special Terms for Valentine's Day Delivery, February 14th, 2018For Valentine's Day orders received after 11pm on Sunday the 11th February 2018 we cannot guarantee "Before 2pm" delivery. All orders received after 11pm on Sunday 11th February 2018, will automatically be allocated to the "2pm - 7pm" delivery slot regardless of the delivery time selected at checkout. Due to the high volume of orders received for Valentine's Day we are unable to contact individual customers to notify of delivery times. By placing your order you agree to the above conditions. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Thank you for visiting our website. This website is operated by Ellermann Limited, trading as Ellermann Flower Boutique & Event Design Atelier. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “our” and “us” refers to Ellermann Limited and “you” and “your” refers to you, the client, website user, visitor or customer.
If you are under the age of 18, by registering an account on our site, visiting or making any purchase on our site, you agree that you have your parent or guardian’s permission and that they fully understand the Terms & Conditions of this site.
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement then you may not access the website or use any services.
You can review the most current version of the Terms & Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to modify, change or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, please re-visit this page periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates or amendments.

3. Acceptance of your order
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please review all information carefully, including the delivery address and recipient details and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
4. Payment Method
We accept Credit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover) via PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal website when you place your order. Once the transaction is complete you will return to ellermanndesign.com. You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account to make payment via Credit Card.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing details for all purchases made on this site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and phone number so that we can contact you as needed to verify payment information.
5. Change/Cancellation of order
Cancellations of orders are not accepted. All orders placed are final.
If you wish to change your order, 48 hours notice (prior to delivery date) is required.
If you have made a mistake when placing your order please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org or (852) 2291 0388 to correct the information provided.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Prices may be increased during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
7. Promotion Codes
Promotion codes are not transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Discounts are applied to the subtotal prior to delivery charges being applied. Promotion codes must be redeemed prior to the expiry date (if provided) and any balance and/or discount remaining after the expiry date is forfeited.
Our delivery service is available 7 days a week.
Cut-off times for placing orders for delivery are as follows:
Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays):
Order before 12 noon; earliest delivery next day before 2pm.
Order before 5pm; earliest delivery next day 2pm - 7pm.
Order after 5pm; orders will be processed on the next day and therefore earliest delivery is the day after.
Sundays and Public Holidays:
Orders will be processed on the next working day.
Therefore, if placing an order on Sunday the earliest delivery would be from Tuesday morning onwards.
Additional processing time is required for certain products, please check the delivery information on the product page for details.
Deliveries are scheduled either before 2pm, or between 2pm and 7pm.
If a specific delivery time is required please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.
Delivery charges calculated at checkout apply to 1 (one) product only. For purchases of mutiple products to one delivery address, additional charges may apply, depending on the size of your order.
Please contact our Wong Chuk Hang Atelier for any queries on delivery charges.
Whilst all care will be taken to ensure delivery within these allotted time frames, unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic situations that are out of our control. If a delivery cannot be made within the designated timeframe due to fault of our own, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery at the earliest possible time at no additional charge.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to delivery district.
For delivery to locations that are not available at checkout, please give us a call to discuss individual delivery schedule and charges.
Delivery charges are for one (1) delivery attempt only.
It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct details for delivery and to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery during the allotted timeframe. Please provide the recipients real name where he/she can be identified at the delivery location.
Should the delivery be unsuccessful the order will be returned to our Atelier and a second delivery will only be attempted after additional delivery fee and correct information is provider by the sender.
In the case of Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm signal being hoisted delivery services will be immediately suspended.
All bouquets are hand-tied, wrapped in paper and finished with our Ellermann signature ribbon. Silk ribbons (if pictured) are for styling purposes only.

9. Returns and Refunds
Flowers and plants are natural, perishable products, each with different needs and lifespans. The utmost care and attention is taken by our florists to ensure that every item leaving our atelier is in perfect condition.
We have provided detailed information on our Flower Care page to ensure your items last as long as possible. We cannot guarantee freshness or beauty for items that have not been properly cared for.
We must be notified within three (3) days of delivery for flowers and five (5) days of delivery for plants for any issues regarding your order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
10. Variations and Seasonality
All images shown on this site are for representation purpose only. Flowers and plants are natural products and each bouquet or arrangement is made by hand, therefore no two orders will look the same. Flowers or plants may vary slightly in size and colour to those pictured. These are not faults and we cannot accept exchanges if you are unhappy with the colouring of individual flowers or plants.
Due to seasonal availabilities, some flowers/plants may be substituted for a flower/plant of equal beauty, quality and price.
Images are not to scale; we have provided approximate dimensions for all items to guide you on your choice of size.
By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that there may be variations between images and products produced.
11. Events / Weddings / Corporate Terms & Conditions
Please note that the choice of flowers may vary slightly depending on availability.
We endeavour to make any special floral and styling installation to the best of our ability and as close to the concept discussed. However, please note that there is a margin for changes as these are generally only constructed on the day of installation and we may need to alter the installation due to the site, time constraints or for safety reasons.
Floral mockup can be provided, if necessary, after confirmation of quotation at a fee, which is to be confirmed at the time of the request.
All props provided by us are the property of Ellermann Limited and provided on rental basis, unless purchased by the Client. We will dismantle all rental items, unless otherwise specified. If props are to be returned by the Client, this must occur within one week of the event / wedding date.
Please note that we charge for damaged or missing rental items. All damaged or missing items will be listed in a separate invoice after the event / wedding.
Once the order is installed onsite, any injuries, personal injuries, accidents, property damage, whether deliberate or accidental, will be under the Client's responsibility.
Extra fee will incur if early set up or late night dismantle is needed (outside of hours 11am-7pm).
We reserve the right to photograph all arrangements upon installation for promotional material use.
12. Events / Weddings Payment Terms
All events / weddings require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of quotation; full payment of all events/ weddings is due 7 days prior to the event / wedding date unless otherwise agreed.
In the case that the quotation is only confirmed within 7 days of the event / wedding date, full payment is due on/before the date of the event / wedding.
Payments can be made in cash, via bank transfer to:
Ellermann Limited, HSBC Hong Kong, Account Number 808 265045 001, Bank Code 004, Swift Code HSBCHKHHHKH
or by cheque made payable to Ellermann Limited.
Please ensure to quote our Invoice or Reference Number on all remittances.
13. Corporate Payment Terms
Please contact our sales team for further information on corporate payment options. Unless otherwise notified all orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or cheque as listed above in section 12.
14. Events / Weddings / Corporate Order Lead Time
Once the quotation is confirmed, we may require up to 60 days for all sourcing, ordering and purchasing of floral materials and props.
Production / customised items may need a slightly longer lead-time.
15. Events / Weddings / Corporate Change and/or Cancellation of Order
In case of cancellation all deposit paid is non-refundable.
Cancellations within 7 days of the delivery/installation/set-up date are required to be paid in full and therefore non-refundable.
For changes made to a signed agreement, a 30-day notice is required unless otherwise agreed. For changes requested closer to the installation date, we may not be able to accommodate to the desired changes.
Any changes made after the confirmation of quotation cannot exceed 10% of the total amount unless otherwise agreed.
Once an order is confirmed, should an event / wedding / project be re-scheduled within two weeks of the start date, 10% of the total contract amount will be charged. Due to the change of event / wedding / project date some of the quoted prices are subject to change.
In case of cancellation due to the hoist of Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm signals, we will do our best to limit any affect on our services and costs. However any costs occurred for perishable goods and services rendered in lead up to the cancellation will be charged, with additional service charges for rescheduled events. It is highly recommended that clients purchase insurance for such an occasion.
16. Events / Weddings / Corporate Quotation Expiry Date
All quotation are valid for 30 days. During the validity period, all products/services quoted are held reserved for the Client.
Once the quotation is expired, a new quotation will be re-issued to reflect any changes.
By registering for our workshops you understand that your seat will be reserved only upon receipt of full payment by the due date.
Due to the high demand for workshops, no refunds or exchanges can be offered once payment is received.
If you are unable to attend the workshop your seat may be transferred to another friend/family member, simply let us know the contact name and email/phone number of the new participant as soon as possible.
Please arrive promptly to all classes. Classes must start on time so as to not inconvenience other students or delay other classes. Should you arrive after the allocated starting time you understand that our teacher may not be able to repeat content and no refunds or partial refunds will be given.
If Ellermann Limited must cancel the workshop for any reason; a full refund will be given for the workshop amount only. We are not liable for any travel, or other expenses associated with attending the workshop.
18. Intellectual Property
All content on this site and produced by Ellermann Limited including the website design, photographs, images, text, video, graphics, illustrations, proposals, workshops and product design are the intellectual property of Ellermann Limited. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, upload or otherwise distribute any of the content contained within this site without prior written consent and authorisation from Ellermann Limited.
All photographs on this site from third-parties credit the photographer where possible, if you have reason to believe your work is being used on this site without your permission please contact us directly to resolve the issue.
This site is for personal and non-commercial use only, images and/or content may be downloaded for personal use only, if shared to third-parties including your personal social media accounts you must acknowledge Ellermann and/or the photographer as the rightful owner and source of the material.
Ellermann Limited reserves the right to take action against person/s responsible for any unauthorised use of content from this site.
19. Website Security
Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the Internet. You will notice a small padlock in the URL field at the top of your browser as well as ‘https:’ instead of “http:’ which means that you are in secure mode. You can click on the padlock for further information regarding the SSL certificate registration.
20. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, orders, delivery information, product care or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Ellermann Limited does not guarantee that the use of our service or this site will be error-free. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk and we recommend that all users have their own security measures in place including up-to-date software and anti virus installed.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
In no case shall Ellermann Limited, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind arising from any breech of the Terms & Conditions by you, or any person using your account regardless of your actions or inactions.
These Terms & Conditions and this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
